On this week's Creatively Speaking! with Jim Cotter, we look ahead to the 2006 Philadelphia Live Arts and Fringe Festival and speak with co-founder and Producing Director Nick Stuccio. Jason Peifer previews a comedy of manners called P's & Q's. Its creators spent time at a school of protocol and etiquette in South Carolina; the piece will be performed at the Ethical Society in Rittenhouse Square.
