Philly's Arts & Culture Czar--The Demuth Museum--Fidelio at Opera Company of Philadelphia
By Jim Cotter and David Patrick Stearns and Jason Peifer
Jim Cotter speaks with Gary Steuer as he begins work as director of the City of Philadelphia's Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy.
We listen back to Jason Peifer's feature on the Demuth Museum in Lancaster, PA. The museum's permanent collection highlights the life and works of early 20th century painter Charles Demuth, a lifelong resident of Lancaster County. The museum is currently featuring The Philadelphia Ten On The Road: The Rotary Exhibit until November 2.
David Patrick Stearns takes us to the Opera Company of Philadelphia's production of Beethoven's Fidelio.
