Tune to WRTI on June 18 when Bob Perkins brings you live performances of world-class jazz musicians including Trio 3 with Oliver Lake, Reggie Workman, and Andrew Cyril, as well as The Mingus Big Band--straight from the Main Stage of the 20th Annual Clifford Brown Jazz Festival in Wilmington, Delaware.
The festival runs from Sunday, June 15 to Sunday, June 22, and honors the memory of legendary jazz trumpeter and Wilmington native Clifford Brown. The guest roster includes The Maria Schneider Orchestra, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Steve Turre and Sanctified Shells, and Terrell Stafford and Rashied Ali offering a special tribute to Clifford Brown.
