Concert Review: The Pennsylvania Symphonic Winds

WRTI's Lesley Valdes reviews the Pennsylvania Symphonic Wind's April 14th concert at the University and Whist Club in Wilmington. Founded in 2008, the ensemble is comprised of woodwind, brass, and percussion players, and performs a wide array of music including classical favorites, 21st-century masterpieces, show tunes, and original compositions.
