As WRTI's Susan Lewis reports, <strong>Hai-Ye Ni is the featured soloist on WRTI's concert broadcast of the Philadelphia Orchestra on Sunday March 9th.</strong> She'll perform Tchaikovsky's Variations on a Rococo Theme.
