It will be sold to a private investor next week who could, under an existing demolition permit, order its destruction.</p> <p>Susan Lewis looks at Philadelphia's Settlement Music School, now celebrating its centennial. </p> <p>Jason Peifer previews the Arden Theatre production of <em>Our Town</em>, the classic Pulitzer Prize-winning play by Thornton Wilder.
